Admission
Admission Requirements
- The applicant must be of Saudi nationality.
- English is the language of study, and the applicant must pass a placement test which will be held at the academy.
- The applicant must be between 17-24 years old.
- The applicant must pass the medical examination for employment.
- The applicant must be a high school graduate (Scientific Stream) and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 70%. Additionally, they should have successfully completed the aptitude and achievement tests offered by the National Center for Measurement. The selection will be based on the weighted percentage average of 65% of all tests as follow: (High school percentage x 50%) + (General aptitude test score x 30%) + (Achievement test score x 20%).
- The applicant must pass the personal interview.
- The applicant must not be registered with social insurance at the beginning of studies.
- The applicant must not have previously been supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
Training features
- Signing an apprentice employment training contract with one of the sponsoring companies.
- A rewarding monthly stipend during the training period.
- A rewarding salary after graduation from the sponsoring company
- Registration in the social insurance system from the date of signing the contract.
- Obtaining a diploma certificate if you successfully complete the training program.
- Medical insurance for the trainee during the training period from the sponsoring company
Training at the National Construction Academy
The duration of study is two years, with three semesters each year
One month paid vacation (bonus)
The first year to raise the level of English language and communication skills
Generous rewards and incentives during the training period from the sponsoring company
Training days are from Sunday to Thursday
The daily schedule starts from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., with 2 periods for rest, meals, and prayer.
